Happenings At the Library
September 1 Happenings
Library Card Sign-up Month
Do your kids have the most important school supply of all? Make sure you and your child are among the two-thirds of Americans that carry the smartest card of all – a library card. Studies show that children who are read to in the home and use the library perform better in school and are more likely to continue to use the library as a source of lifetime learning. Come in and get your card today and start reaping the benefits, such as free access to audio books from our website. Cards are free to all Fergus County residents—simply supply your name and contact information. Throughout the month, new card holders will have a chance to win a free book.
