Library Board

The preliminary budget meeting is June 18 at 3:00 pm.  The Board of Trustees will meet June 20 at 2:00 pm.  The public is welcome at this meeting.

“Go-pher” a Trail Walk

The Family “Go-pher” a Trail Walk is June 21 @ 6:00 pm. Meet us at the library for a fun walk to the Frog Ponds and back.  We’ll be looking for lots of interesting things along the way.  Hope to see you there!  And keep us in mind for other fun summer activities.

Youth Story/Craft Programs for “Dig Into Reading”

Join us each Wednesday at 1:30 for stories, games and a craft (geared to children ages 6-12).  Or, come on Saturdays at 12:30 for stories, games and a take-home craft.

Beginning Readers and Picture Books: “Ivy + Bean Take Care of the Babysitter” by Annie Barrows; “No Pirates Allowed! Said Library Lou” by Rhonda Gowler Greene; and “The Boy and the Airplane” by Mark Pett.

Baby—Pre-school Story Time

Story Times for Babies & Toddlers, and Pre-school & Kindergarten-aged children will be held Friday, June  21 and 28, 10:15 – 11:00 am. Babies and Toddlers meet with Nancy Bostrom in the upstairs meeting room.  The older children meet with Lora Poser-Brown in the downstairs youth area.
