Library Catalog On-line

Did you know that you can renew items and place holds from your home computer?  ,Just click on Catalog.  This is the same catalog you see when in the library.  To set up your “My Account”, you will need a current library card to complete the following steps.

1. Enter your complete library barcode number (no spaces) in the “User ID” box located in the upper right hand corner.  In the white “PIN” box, type “changeme” as one word.

2. Click on “My Library Account”  and go to the “Enter New Pin” box to enter your choice of a personal PIN of 4 to 10 characters long (letters or numbers or in combination with upper or lower case.)

3. Re-type the same PIN in the “Re-enter new Pin” box.  Then click on “Change Pin” button.

4. Click on “OK” in the new box.  If this does not work, try steps 1-4 again.  Contact the Library if you experience further difficulty.

Once your account is established, exit and log in again to “My Account” to set the changes.  You will then be able to view a list of the items you currently have checked out, renew items, place holds, and update your profile.  When placing holds, bear in mind that this works similarly to your on-line bank account—information entered today will be received by the library tomorrow.
